And the Results Are In!

I can’t believe it’s the weekend already which means I get to pick and announce the winner of the Indie-pendence Blog Hop! I’m actually tired because ever since I clicked on a parody clip of the song Despacito (I’d told myself never to listen to that song but darn it, I did click on one by Michael Bustos called “I Wear Speedos” and you should, too), I haven’t stopped hearing the song in my sleep for the past two nights. In my sleep! But I digress…

I let the Random Number Generator pick one out of 89 visitors who told me what they were currently reading and #81, Amanda, who said she was rereading Fallen Crest High by Tijan is the winner!

Congratulations! I’ll be emailing you today with your confirmation.

Oh, and don’t forget to watch Mikey Bustos’ I Wear Speedos parody. Then we can all hear the song in our sleep! I don’t want to be the only one!

Books to Movies Blog Hop

What’s your favorite Book to Movie adaptation?

One of my favorite books that’s now a successful TV series is Outlander by Diana Gabaldon.  And of course, Jamie Fraser is one of my all-time favorite book boyfriends!

I actually met Ms. Gabaldon in 1998 at the Scottish Highland Festival in San Diego where I was supposed to interview her for a Celtic website and I got lost along the way!  But I still made it to the festival and she graced me with a photo with her to prove that I was there though we weren’t able to do the interview because she had a long line of readers waiting to buy her books.

For this blog hop, I’m giving away an ebook copy of Outlander to one lucky winner!  Just follow the link to the Rafflecopter to enter, and good luck!

I’ll pick the winner 48 hours after the giveaway ends.
